Security and Confidentiality

Our main priority is controlling access to the information.

  • Shared folders are only visible to those authorized by the owner.
  • Web access to the intranet is done using e-mail addresses and passwords.
  • All files are transferred using encrypted SSL communication.
  • All files and conversations stored in Zyncro are encrypted (AES-256). 
  • Zyncro employees do not have access to user files and information.
  • Intranet administrators can restrict communication with users outside the organization or simply specify which domains are allowed.
  • Organization administrators can restrict the sending of direct links to download files.
