Zyncro Certified Partners (hereinafter ZCPs) are authorized to commercialize Zyncro Business and Zyncro Enterprise, the latter exclusively for the ZCP network.
The sales price to the end customer must be, at least, that specified by Zyncro Tech, S.L. (hereinafter Zyncro Tech) in its Price Catalog for Certified Partners. ZCPs may only provide discounts to its customers under express authorization from Zyncro Tech.
Other services not included in the standard Zyncro package (Business or Enterprise) will be billed separately by Zyncro Tech.
The ZCP will be responsible for billing the end customer, while Zyncro Tech will bill the ZCP.
ZCPs are authorized to perform consultancy, training and in-house support to its Zyncro customers.
Zyncro Tech will install, roll out the system and provide remote support to Zyncro users sold through a ZCP.
Zyncro Tech will provide sales support for medium or large accounts.
Zyncro Tech may pass direct sales opportunities to its network of ZCPs according to their geographical location to convert such leads into customers under the following terms and conditions.

Companies that want to become Zyncro Certified Partners must attend a free 2-hour certification course.
The minimum purchase for become part of the program is 10 licenses with a 50% discount on the price established for the ZCP network.
The ZCPs must display the program logo on its public corporate website.
