Zyncro Architecture
Product specifications
-
Multi-tenant architecture
Zyncro is a multi-tenant application architecture; in other words, where all application users, regardless of their organization, share the same code, database and infrastructure instance.
-
Software as a service (SaaS)
Zyncro is more than just an on-demand infrastructure; it's a service that can be rolled out by just configuring a few details, without having to worry about availability, load balancing, backup and other issues associated with technology infrastructures.
The SaaS model means that each time a new Zyncro version is released, the solution is automatically updated with no extra costs. That way, you can have new features in the tool several times a year. -
Web and mobile access
Zyncro supports the latest versions of all major web browsers for Mac and PC.
Zyncro also has native applications and mobile shortcuts for Android, BlackBerry, iPhone and iPad browsers. -
Scalability on demand
Zyncro lets you add and remove users or extend or reduce storage space according to your organization's needs, with a pay-per-use subscription. Zyncro can be completely adapted to the needs of its customers. We control performance problems, such as response times, and we make transparent system improvements for the user before they become a problem.
-
Availability
The Zyncro public cloud offers 99.99% availability. Exact data on service availability can be viewed at http://status.zyncro.com/ or by following our Twitter account @zyncro_status. The SLAs of each private installation are agreed on with the customer and are always adapted to provide a rigorous and professional reponse in terms of service availability.
-
Multi-language solution
Zyncro is a multi-language solution, available in 7 languages: Spanish, English, French, Italian, Portuguese, Japanese and Catalan. Each version has been adapted and tested according to the specific characteristics of each language.
