Zyncro Technology

Security

  • The data described below refer to the Zyncro instances in public cloud or privately hosted in AWS. The specifications of on-premises installations will depend on the setup defined for each installation.

  • Data confidentiality

Zyncro stores the data of each organization separately and protects it with various levels of access control, preventing organizations from being able to access the data of other organizations.
Zyncro leverages AWS security specifications to protect its customers data. AWS is compatible with the EU standard on data privacy and personal data protection.

  • Secure channel

Communication between the browser and the Zyncro platform is secured using 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL). All connections are protected using authentication and authorization. All user operations are registered together with their IP addresses and other session details.

  • Replication and backup

Zyncro replicates all data changes daily. Backup is twofold and stored on three Amazon S3 sites, meaning that a durability of 99.999999999% and an availability of 99.99% is guaranteed. The backup storage is designed to survive the simultaneous loss of data in two installations.

  • Continuous monitoring

To ensure optimum performance in all Zyncro processes (services, memory, space, availability, response time, etc.), the Zyncro platform is continuously monitored by two different tools in all production environments.

  • Security certificates

Zyncro also has two security certificates supplied by the leading web security providers: McAfee and Qualys.

These security seals certify the positive result of analyses and tests performed daily to protect the web sites from phishing, viruses, spyware and other online threats.
