Our main priority is controlling access to the information:
- Shared folders are only visible to those authorized by the owner.
- Web or application access is done using usernames and passwords.
- All files are transferred using encrypted SSL communication.
- All files and conversations stored in Zyncro are encrypted (AES-256).
- Zyncro employees do not have access to user files and information.
- Organization administrators only have access to files that the owners grant them access to.
- Organization administrators can restrict communication with users outside the organization or simply specify which domains are allowed.
- Organization administrators can restrict the sending of direct links to download files.
