Hotelerum, one of the leading booking engine companies in Spain for increasing hotel business, had identified that its sales and billing cycle was lengthy as clients took too long in sending the graphics and advertising elements to be incorporated in the booking engine. This delay meant that almost 7 weeks would pass from when the client contracted the service until when the product was actually delivered and could be billed.
When Hotelerum analyzed the reasons for the delay, it saw that its clients were unable to send them multimedia elements for the hotel by email because they were too big. Copying this information and sending it on a CD took an eternity for several reasons: some clients weren't sure how to burn a CD; the transportation company's delivery process wasn't optimized, there were often errors in the files and the CD had to be redone and then resent, etc.
Zyncro provided the solution to this problem. Nowadays, Hotelerum has a work group for each of its clients, so that all file, comment and version exchanges are structured and can be done instantly.
At operational level, this quick interaction with the client is achieved by taking the following steps:
1. Hotelerum creates a user for the client from the Administration panel.
2. The client automatically receives access credentials.
3. Next, a group is created with the client's name and is shared with them.
4. The client can immediately start to upload the files to that directory (or work group).
5. These files are automatically transferred to the Hotelerum directory allocated for that client.

Apart from an increase in speed, Zyncro means that the files are more organized thanks to its automatic versioning feature, giving the latest version of each file as well as the author at all times.
Billing time has been significantly cut down to 5 weeks.
